Preparing your HEALER’S Tea. Use a stainless steel or glass pot; Drink herbs on an empty stomach; Do not mix herbs with other allopathic medicine or supplements, take 30 minutes apart.

Decoction: combine 16oz. of water with 1 TBSP. herb, soak 6-8 hrs.; bring to a slow boil, simmer for 2hrs, steep overnight, and strain. Pour additional water through the herb to return the volume to 16oz. Drink 4oz. before and after sessions. You may drink up to 4 cups a day. You can prepare 2 day’s worth, store in a glass jar & refrigerate.
Contraindicated in: HBP, hyperthyroid, hyperglycemia, osteoporosis, diabetes with excess sodium in blood, pregnancy, steroid use, anabolic excess, glaucoma, endometriosis, breast cancer, estrogen sensitive, cold constitution.
